The Buffalo Lodge is a 40-room interior corridor hotel located in scenic Buffalo, Missouri, just 40 minutes from Springfield. The two-story hotel just a half block off US 65 captures the "Small Town Spirit" of this historic community.
The hotel features an indoor pool (unheated) which is available from May through September, an outdoor grilling area, a free continental breakfast, free WiFi, and comfortable air-conditioned rooms with 40-inch flat-screen TVs connected to Hulu and Roku. It also serves as the main accommodations for the splendid wedding venues in and around Buffalo, including The James Industrial Wedding Venue, the Timber Line Barn Wedding Venue, and The Veranda. Top this off with a friendly and welcoming staff, and you have the recipe for a satisfying stay, far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The Buffalo Lodge offers your choice of accommodations, including rooms with one King size bed or with two Queen size beds. Every air-conditioned room includes a 40-inch flat screen TV with Roku and Hulu, a refrigerator, a microwave, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Additionally, we have an indoor pool for our guests to enjoy from May through September.

I thought this little hotel was permanently closed, but it turns out they took on new ownership and renovated it into a boutique Airbnb/hotel. It was a nice place to stay on our trip through Buffalo and I definitely recommend giving it a try if you need something super affordable and right next to the main Highway. Also, I thought their rooms were quirky and fun. We staying in the Paris room and really liked it.
